Return & Refund Policy

At Sip N Snuggle, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@sipsnsnuggle.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@sipsnsnuggle.com and we will make it right.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and processed.
